Joint Press Release: Nacre AS – Silynx Communications Settlement Trondheim, NORWAY and Rockville, MARYLAND (February 27th, 2009) – Nacre AS (“Nacre”) and Silynx Communications, Inc. (“Silynx”) today jointly announced that they have entered into a confidential Settlement and License Agreement ending all legal dispute between the two companies. The settlement provides for dismissal with prejudice of all claims and counterclaims filed by the parties and without any finding or admission of liability or wrongdoing by any party and grants to Silynx a license to certain Nacre intellectual property, including the two Nacre patents-at-issue in the litigation.
